I do not know how to resist the urge to eat half of this pudding while cooking it… Teach me please haha.
Jokes aside, my whole family fell in love with this new invention of mine after the first taste.
First, it’s very tasty, second, it’s very beautiful, third, no one will ever guess what it is made of; fourth, the semolina flour is very affordable, and fifth, this dish can be a dessert or even a full breakfast for you and your children! Persuaded yet?
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (4 small servings)
1.5 of a large ripe banana
3 / 4-1 cup almond or regular milk
3-4 tbsp. of honey or agave syrup
2 tbsp. of vegetable or coconut oil
2 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
2/3 cup of semolina flour
2 tbsp. of chocolate chips + 1.5 tbsp. of water (optional)
Coconut oil for the mold
Chop the banana in a blender to the state of liquid cream. Add milk, honey, vegetable oil. Add the cocoa powder. Put the resulting mass on the stove at a low heat.
As soon as the liquid boils, start adding the semolina flour slowly.
You should get a thick mass. Do not forget to stir, otherwise, the semolina can burn. 7-10 minutes and the chocolate semolina is ready.
To avoid lumps, blend the mass in the blender.
Melt the chocolate. If you do not want to use chocolate chips from a shop, then I advise you to use one of my chocolate recipes.
Cover the bottom of the mold with chocolate, then distribute the semolina. I use a silicone mold, since it is very easy to take out of it. Put it in the freezer for 1 hour or until the semolina is solidified and the composition is easy to remove.
Take it out 30 minutes before serving. Turn it so that the chocolate is on top. Bon appetit!
P.S. Whose children do not like semolina? Not mine, hehe.
