
Today I would like to share with you my most favorite recipe – corn fritters.
Let me tell you: these are not your regular fritters.
They are vegan and they are gluten-free.
What else can you ask for?
They are super easy to make, consist of just a few ingredients and super tasty!
Wait till you smell these cuties.
Garlic, cilantro, cumin – to die for combination! No doubt! Give it a try. You will not regret. Ready? Let’s go cooking!
We will need:
1 cup (250 ml.) frozen corn
1/2 cup of gluten-free oats
1/3 cup of fine corn flour
1/4 cup of plans based milk (I use soy)
1 table spoon of lemon juice
Fresh cilantro (to taste)
Cumin, garlic powder, salt
Vegetable oil for frying
Defrost your corn. Grind your oats to make flour or use a ready one. Mix it with corn flour, fresh cilantro, spices, milk, fresh corn.
Form you fritters. Have your hands wet – the easier way to avoid sticky dough.
Ready to be fried! They are the best to taste when they are hot.

Очень вкусно! На мой взгляд, лимон очень важный ингредиент!!! Придаёт пикантную кислинку).
Я готовила из обычной варёной кукурузы. Срезала зернышки ножом. И вместо кукурузной муки добавила муку полбы.
Уж очень хотелось котлеток, а необходимых ингредиентов не было.
Рекомендую приготовить, вкус Вас приятно удивит)!
