Today we have a man’s day so we are cooking some “real food”.
This dish is one of my boys’ favorite: they just adore stuffed white fish.
Most often I buy a fillet of flounder – a fish similar to flatfish.
This fish has a very delicate texture, it is cooked in 15 minutes and does not have a bright fish (probably not everyone’s favorite) smell.
For me, you can serve such a fish on a regular day as well as on important holidays.
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need:
7-6 white fish fillets
1 cup (250 ml) of fresh or frozen spinach
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
Black pepper, salt (optional)
Preheat the oven to 175C / 350F.
Cut the onions. Pour a bit of oil on the frying pan and stew onions with spinach. The onion should become transparent and the spinach soft.
Line the baking mold with baking paper or oil it if you don’t have paper.
Wrap the filling in each fillet. Put the fish in the mold. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Juicy, fragrant and delicious fish on your table! Bon appetit!
