We all love sweet stuff, you can’t deny that, but you do not always want to cook large and complex pies. However, everyone can quickly make a delicious chocolate bar! Today we cook with white chocolate!
White chocolate, in fact, is not chocolate at all, more precisely, it does not have cocoa powder, but only cocoa powder butter and sugar.
You can fill this chocolate with anything: from nuts to various seeds and berries.
In my recipe, I decided to play with contrasts and add white goji berries and chia seeds to the white chocolate.
The first can be replaced with regular raisins, and the latter, with poppy seeds – the texture will not suffer. Pleases the eye, melts in the mouth and will not leave anyone disappointed!

We will need: (1 bar)
1/4 cup of cocoa powder butter
2-3 tbsp. of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tsp. of chia seeds
2 tbsp. of goji berries
Melt the butter to a liquid state, mix it with vanilla, sugar and at the very end – chia seeds.
Distribute it in the form over the berries and freeze the composition. I use a convenient silicone mold, but you can use absolutely any, just by lining it with baking paper. Freeze the chocolate until set.
