We will need: 1 cup (250 ml.) of white pearl quinoa 1 cup of gluten-free oats 1/3 cup of coconut oil (melted) 1/3 cup of brown sugar 1.1/3 cup of any plant based milk (I use rice milk) 1 table spoon of maple syrup (optional) 2 table spoons of apple vinegar 1/2 tea spoon of baking soda 1 tea spoon of baking powder 1 tea spoon of cinnamon 2 large apples (peeled) Bake for 40 minutes. |
