My children are in love with these scones.
Crispy around the edges, soft inside, the juicy berries pop on the tongue, sweet enough and very fragrant. Mmm! What could be better?
Usually, I make these scones big enough, so each of my boys is able to satisfy his brutal childish appetite for sure.
Cooking and storing such a dessert is very easy.
The recipe does not contain all-purpose flour and consists of a small number of ingredients.
You can add walnuts to these scones, just chop them with a knife a little, and for the sweet-toothed ones, I recommend sprinkling the scones with sugar powder.
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (10-12 scones)
1 (1 cup = 250 ml.) cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of oats
1/4 tbsp. of baking soda (I use baking powder)
1/4 cup of almond or any other milk
4 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
2-3 tbsp. of blueberry
1-1.5 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 165C / 325F.
Grind the oats in a blender to the consistency of flour.
Mix with baking soda and flour. Now mix the milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and sugar.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, add the coconut oil.
Add the berries.
Form the scones. Line the baking sheet with the baking paper and put our scones on it. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Scones must be roasted and rise a little bit. Done! Tasty and healthy!
Bon appetit!

Чему бесконечно рада :-)
Пекла с замороженной голубикой и смесью сорго и рисовой муки вместо пшеничной. Ооочень вкусно, на очереди тыквенные!
