Many of us love beets, but not all of us have tried them with chocolate.
Yes, I’m not kidding!
Today, we’re cooking absolutely incredibly tasty brownies with beetroot and chocolate.
Moist, chocolatey, fragrant, and incredibly easy to cook. M-m-m… Very delicious!
If you don’t consider yourself a big fan of this root then don’t worry – you will barely taste it.
Surprisingly, it acquires a light berry taste when combined with cocoa powder. The brownies are maroon-colored with a bright chocolate taste.
By the way, these cakes can be safely given to children, because they contain only healthy ingredients.
Perfectly combined with a cup of almond milk or tea and will make absolutely any evening tastier!
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (12 brownies)
1/2 cup (1 cup – 250 ml.) of oats
1/2 cup of walnuts

4 tbsp. of agave syrup or 5 tbsp. of honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Nuts and chocolate chips for decoration (optional)
Preheat the oven to 165C / 325F.

Boil the beet, drain the water, peel it.
Add to the composition.
Add vanilla extract, syrup and milk.
Cover the mold with baking paper and spread out the thick dough.
Decorate with nuts and chocolate chips.
Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until light cracks appear on the surface.
