I know that most of my website visitors are either vegans, or raw-eaters, in one word “sectarians” hehe.
But there are other, “regular” people who love meat, fish, pasta, and they are usually our husbands.
Today we are cooking for them. It is an amazing, unusual fish pasta, which has become the most favorite dish of my husband during the last months.
Surprisingly, it does not require any spices, peppers, etc. All the ingredients have their own bright tastes, which together give an incredible result.
Beautiful, juicy, but without an excessive heavy sauce, without cheese (remember that it is better not to mix fish with cheeses), without salt, light and very tasty.
Such pasta is an excellent quick dinner for your gourmand. And healthy, by the way! Salmon is an excellent source of protein, with 20-23 grams of protein in 100 g of the fish. The fish is also rich in vitamins of B group (B3 and B12) that are important for our digestion and health of the nervous system. Ready? Set?
Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (2 servings)
1 large salmon fillet
1/4 red onion
3 tbsp. of dried cranberries
1 cup frozen spinach
Pasta for 2 servings (linguine or other wide pasta)
Vegetable oil for frying
Cut the onions and cranberries.
Fry them over low heat. The cranberries and onions should become soft
Add the spinach
Rinse the fish, remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
Add to the spinach and fry until done.
Boil the pasta and drain the water from it.
Add the pasta to the fish and mix.
Done! I assure you: this is the most delicious fish pasta ever!
Bon appetit!
