Fantastic! Such healthy fritters exist, can you believe it?
Today we are preparing a very healthy and delicious breakfast, although I would not refuse these for dinner or lunch, hehe.
Such fritters are juicy, tender and very fragrant.
I propose you serve them with fried pineapples or berries.
My children were completely ecstatic and ate them at once.
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (10 pieces)
1.5 cups (250 ml cup) of oats
1/2 tbsp. of baking soda (I use baking powder)
1 cup almond or oats
1 tbsp. vegetable oil + a little for frying
Rings of canned or fresh pineapple (optional)
Grind the oats in the blender.
Add to it a banana and soda. Fill the milk and get a homogeneous liquid mass.
Let it stand a little.
Pour the dough into a frying pan and fry the fritters on both sides. They should not be large, otherwise, they will be difficult to turn. A crust should appear, then they can be turned over. Done!
Fry the pineapples in vegetable oil on both sides.
Decorate and serve.
