I love oats!
I have loved it since my childhood. Of course, my mother cooked it in the form of porridge.
Everyone in our home loves it … especially with some cherry jam, hehe.
Today I suggest you take a slightly different look at the usual oats and cook it, in the form of soup!
I used frozen spinach and believe that the soup turns out to be more delicious and more beautiful with it than with fresh spinach.
Everyone will love it, I guarantee!
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (2 servings)
700-800 ml. water or vegetable broth
1 large potato
4 champignon mushrooms
1/4 onion
7-8 tbsp. of spinach
5 tbsp. of oats
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Vegetable oil
Salt (optional)
Peel and cut the potatoes, onions and mushrooms.
Pour the oil into a saucepan, add the vegetables and fry until the onion becomes transparent.
Add salt, if necessary, then add rosemary.
Cover with the water or broth.
Add the spinach.
Cook a little and add the oats.
Add the cloves.
Cook until the oats is ready.
Done! Tasty and healthy!
Bon appetit!
