We really love these cookies!
Very simple to cook, beautiful, healthy, containing a minimum of ingredients and very tasty.
Before adding walnuts, I fry them.
This gives the cookies a special, very piquant flavor that everyone will love.
Moderately sweet, fairly stiff and wonderfully stored outside the refrigerator.
Add a glass of almond milk and your evening will be cozier and warmer.
Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (10-13 pieces)
5 tbsp. of walnuts
200 g of oats
4 tbsp. of whole wheat flour
4 tbsp. of maple syrup (or honey)
3 tbsp. of almond milk (or usual)
2 tbsp. of dark raisins
Put the walnuts in a frying pan and fry a little. This will make them more fragile and give a greater flavor.
Slightly cool and add to the blender, along with the oats and flour, and grind.
Add milk and maple syrup.
In the end add raisins, mix and shape the cookies from the dough.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper, put the biscuits and place it in a preheated oven (165C / 325F) for 10-15 minutes.
Take them out, cool and eat!
