Some people may say it’s crazy but it not. It’s really not. Green overnight oats are possible and they do exist and guess why, I even tried them and now you will too!


This recipe is amazing and will be loved by people like me- matcha addicts. I love everything matcha and its peaceful heathy green colour. Something is about the flavour…

So we take matcha in the morning as well as we eat oats in the morning.


Why not put these two together? 


Ready?

Let’s start cooking!

We will need:

1/2 cup (1 cup -250 ml) of gluten free oats

1 tea spoon of matcha

1 table spoon of chia seed (optional)

1/2 tablespoons spoon of golden flaxseed (optional)

1 cup of soy milk

Honey 



Mix everything together in a bowl. Mix and match to your needs. 

Refrigerate over night.


Top with some berries, extra matcha, hemp seed and honey, ready to go!
