It’s been a long time since we made tartlets! Today I present you with very delicate and delicious tartlets. Peach is perfectly combined with tofu, turning the filling into a delicious cream.
I love it when my pastry is a bit toasted, but for the supporters of unprocessed food, I suggest not putting them in the oven at all, but putting it in the fridge for a bit.
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (6-7 tartlets)
1 cup (250 g.) + 2 tbsp. of oats
5 tbsp. of almonds
3 dates
2 very ripe peaches with skin
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
50 g tofu (I used a firm tofu)
1 tbsp. of agave
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp. of chocolate chips for filling (optional)
Almond flakes for decoration (optional)
Preheat the oven to 150C / 300F.
Grind the almonds, oats from the cup and dates in the blender.
Add vanilla extract and coconut oil and form the dough.
It will be sticky.
Put it in the molds and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of oats. This is done so that the cream does not soften the base, and the tartlets do not fall apart.
Add the chips, if you want a chocolate stuffing.
Make a cream from tofu, peaches and agave syrup.
Pour it in our molds.
Sprinkle with nuts. Put them in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Done!
Bon appetit!
