Ice cream. Who does not like a scoop or two?
There is no emotional problem that a good portion of ice cream cannot fix.
My ice cream is very easy to make, it’s tasty and super healthy.
So today I’m offering a wonderful recipe for a completely harmless, surprisingly simple and delicious ice cream. No complications and tricks, special machines for preparation of this ice cream, etc., only a blender, a spoon, a bowl and your desire to try something new!
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (2 servings)
30 ml. of lemon juice
5 tbsp. of agave syrup
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
A pinch of dry ginger
Peel the avocados and put them into the blender, add the syrup, lemon juice, ginger, vanilla, coconut oil and blend it for a few seconds.
Transfer it into a plastic container, cover it and put it in the freezer until it freezes.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
