I like my breakfast sweet, so granola is always my first choice. I love having it with some yogurt or a good berry smoothie.


Today we are going to make the healthiest granola possible.


It has no gluten, no sugar. It’s packed with protein and lightly sweetened.


I like to add some goji berries to it after it’s cooked, but you can mix it with anything you like from dry apricots to cranberries.


Whatever you prefer.


Ready? Let’s start cooking!


We will need:

1 cup (250 ml) of green buckwheat 

1/2 cup of quinoa 

1/2 cup of almonds

5 table spoons of pumpkin seeds

4 table spoons of agave syrup 

3 table spoons of coconut oil




Make sure you are using green buckwheat.


Chop your almonds. 


Mix all your dry ingredients and add oil, agave.


Spread it over the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins at 175C until slightly brown.


It will smell wonderfully! 


Cool it down completely. 


Ready to serve.
