Today I would love to show you an amazing recipe that can be your breakfast or your perfect dessert.
It’s high in protein, easy to make, super clean and will satisfy everyone.
It’s kind of a mix of your perfect morning chia pudding, a coffee and a sweet tiramisu dessert you normally work hard in your gym for.
Well, those days are over. Now you can have it all with zero guilt.
This dish is amazing and everyone can make it.
You can substitute agave syrup with a few dates.
I am sure you are going to love it!
Ready? Let’s start cooking! We will need: 1/2 cup of cashew (1 cup - 250 ml) 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of chia seeds 2-3 table spoons of agave syrup or 2 dates 1,5 table spoons of instant coffee
Soak nuts in water (if your blender is not strong enough) for a few hours, then drain.
Blend with 1 cup of water. Will have a liquid cashew milk.
Add coffee and syrup, blend again.
Add chia.
Mix well.
Pour into desirable containers.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Ready. Decorate with cocoa. Good morning and enjoy! |
