This is my favorite recipe! I make it for my family every single weekend. These pancakes are super easy to make, they are delicious and healthy. I am a big fan of spelt. It has a lot of health benefits and it’s super versatile! These pancakes can be served with a touch of jam, honey or even cheese. If you want a low cal version, skip the sugar. Ready? Let’s start cooking! Will need: (5 pancakes) 1 small ripe banana 6 table spoons of spelt flour 1/4 tea spoon of baking powder 1 table spoon of brown sugar 3/4 cup (1 cup - 250 ml) of soy or any other plant based milk Mash banana. Add flour, sugar, baking powder. Mix well. Add milk. You should end up with a medium thick batter. Oil your pan. Cook your pancakes from both sides. Serve immediately! Enjoy! |
