You all know that I like simple recipes, and when they consist of just a few ingredients, then I like them even more.
Today we’re making simple and tasty peanut sweets with chocolate.
Chocolate inside, chocolate outside, what could be better?
Delicate, melt in the mouth.
I’m using ready-made chocolate, but you can also use my home-made chocolate recipe to make your own.

We will need:
1 cup of peanut butter
3.5 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
4 tbsp. of agave syrup or honey
Chocolate chips for glaze
If you are too lazy to cook the peanut butter, buy it in the store, but I suggest doing your homework. It is fast to make and cheaper.
Make the peanut butter or, more simply, grind the peanuts.
It is important to grind them to the consistency of a thick paste, but not a liquid.
It is not a problem if there are a few pieces of peanuts left, it will be even tastier this way!
Add the cocoa powder and agave syrup to the butter.
Mix to get a thick composition. It should not stick to your hands.
Take a small amount of it.
And roll the balls.
Then flatten to form flat disks.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper and lay the disks there. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
Take them out. Melt the chocolate and cover the disks with it.
Return to the freezer until set. Done!
