The recipe is simple and very tasty. No flour and sugar – nothing superfluous, but only healthy ingredients. Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking! We will need: (1 portion) 1/2 zucchini 1 apple (preferably green) 1 tbsp. of honey 1 tsp. of stevia (or 2 more spoons of honey) 1 tbsp. of lemon juice 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon For crumbs 3 tbsp. of oats 2 tbsp. of coconut flakes 1.5 tbsp. of coconut oil + a bit for shape 1 tsp. of honey A little cinnamon (optional) Preheat the oven to 165C / 325F. Cut the apple and zucchini into cubes. Mix with lemon juice, honey, stevia, cinnamon. Lubricate the mold with coconut oil and lay out the apple with zucchini. Grind the oats and coconut flakes in a blender. Sprinkle the apple and zucchini with the crumbles. Done! Bon appetit! |
