Finally! The heat has arrived!The summer is here, so we can all go outside and enjoy this wonderful weather.
There is definitely something special and unique about this time of the year, that makes you feel that living in the summer is like “living one extra special life” inside your main one.
The sun is shining, flowers are blooming, fruits are fresh and tasty and our mood is colorful and happy.
What else can we add to this? Well, if you ask me, I would say – a nice healthy sorbet will not hurt the picture. So today on www.likelida.com we are going to make an amazing simple, four ingredients-only sorbet that will blow your mind.
It’s so easy, and tasty that it’s hard to believe.
You can use green or red grapes, just remember that they must be seedless. Other than that – you are free to cook!
I love to use maple syrup but you can easily substitute it with some agave or even mild honey.
Let’s go cooking.
We will need:
2,5 cups of any seedless grapes
1/2 large banana or 1 small banana
1 table spoon of lemon juice
4 table spoons of any syrup or honey
Rinse your grapes.
Dry them and arrange on the parchment paper. Put in the freezer till the are fully frozen.
Take them out and mix with other ingredients.
Scoop it out and serve, or put in a plastic containers of you want to enjoy this dessert a bit later.
