Today I would like to show you my new creation, which my kids fell in love with from the first bite.
Those are absolutely delicious truffles with white chocolate.
You know what is particularly good about white chocolate? It keeps my kids’ hand and mouths clean.
Just kidding… Well, these truffles have no refine sugars in them, they are gluten-free and super delicious!
You can dip them in chocolate or just roll in cinnamon or cocoa powder to make them even more flavorful and healthy. You can store them in your refrigerator or freezer to make them last long…but who am I kidding!
They will be gone in a second! My suggestion: save some for yourself before letting anybody know that you’ve made that delicious dessert.
Ready? Let’s go cooking!
We will need:
1 cup (1 cup – 250 ml.) of gluten-free oats
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of golden raisins
2 table spoons of coconut oil (not melted)
1 table spoon of apple juice
Cinnamon to taste
White chocolate
Grind your oats to flour or use ready one. Mix with raisins, coconut flour, oil.
Add cinnamon. You should get a slightly sticky dough.
Form ball shape truffles. Put them in a freezer so they can be cold and easily coated if you wish to cover them in white chocolate.
Prepare my vegan white chocolate. Cover you truffles and cool down in your refrigerator for 10 min. You can add as many layers of chocolate as you wish or make them “spiky” like I did.
Ready! Serve cold and enjoy!
