Today on I want to show you my favorite beet salad in the world.

It’s super easy to make, it consists of only 3 ingredients and it tastes amazing!

Also it’s incredibly healthy and looks great!

Beets are naturally rich in antioxidants and pretty sweet so they can be a great tasty addition to your diet.

This salad should be eaten cold and can work as a side dish to any protein meal.

We will need:

3-4 small cooked beets

Small bunch of fresh mint leaves

1 table spoon of good quality balsamic vinegar

Cut your beets in cubes.
Chop mint. Mix together.

Add vinegar.

Ready to serve! Enjoy!
