I have not eaten store-bought sweets for a long time. Why should I? After all, you can make your own and many times better!
Today I present to you the most delicious and simple recipe for brownies, which anyone can cook. With a minimum of ingredients and time required, we get an incredible dessert! It is simply impossible to stop after one piece, so I advise you to cut them into very small portions, but actually… let’s be honest, haha, everything will be eaten!
How can you resist something self-made, healthy and beautiful?! No heat treatment and all the ingredients are fresh.
The base of them is thick, the top is creamy… Mmm. It is worth cooking once to remember the taste forever. Ready? Set?

We will need:
The first layer
12 large dates
1.5 cups of walnuts + a bit for texture
4-5 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
2 avocados (4 if yours are small)
3-4 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
3-4 tbsp. of honey
1 tbsp. of coconut oil (optional)
If your dates are soft, then you are lucky, if not, then soak them in water for 1 hour, then drain the water.
Grind the nuts in the blender.
Add the cocoa powder.
Add the dates.
The first layer is ready! Distribute it in the mold (don’t forget to line it with baking paper).
Press the mixture down firmly with your hand, it should not crumble or be dry.
Use big avocados. If yours are small, increase their amount by 2.
Mix the cocoa powder with avocado, coconut oil and honey. I advise you to heat the oil a little first, so it will make the composition more “smooth”.
You should get an even and uniform mixture.
Sprinkle a handful of nuts over the first layer for texture, then apply a layer of avocado.
Put it in the freezer until it sets.
