Today is a big day in the life of parents, whose children make their life, to put it mildly, emotional, or to put it strongly, a battle for “justice.”
Ha-ha. Today I will tell you about a terrific recipe or to be honest, about the “blackmail method” designed for the moments when words with children do not work anymore, but my chocolate-peanut donuts do perfectly!
Nobody will be dare to say “no” to you, because in this case, they simply will not see these delicate, delicious, satiating, very chocolate and peanut donuts.
Believe me, a mother of five children, there is nothing like the fear of missing such chocolate treat. Oh yeah!
These donuts work wonders!
They are cooked simply, look stunning and consist of just a few ingredients.
Very simple. Pure genius.

Ready? Set?
Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (12-14 pieces)
1 cup (250 ml.) of oats
1 cup of peanuts
3 tbsp. of cocoa powder (sugar-free)
10 large, soft dates
For the glaze (optional)
7 tbsp. of chocolate chips + 5 tbsp. of orange juice or water (chips can be replaced with melted chocolate)
Grind the peanuts and oats.
Add the cocoa powder.
Put dates in the blender and grind to get the base for the donuts. It should be noted that the dates must be soft. If you need to soak them, then put them in water for an hour.
Distribute the dough in the form, then take the donuts out of the molds.
Line a plate or baking sheet with foil or baking paper and put the donuts on it. Put them in the freezer for several hours.
The donuts should be round, flat and not crumbly.
Get the chocolate ready.
Take out the cooled donuts and cover with chocolate. Put them back in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until your chocolate is cold.
Take them out.
Done!
Bon appetit!
