
Sometimes I really like combinations of “incompatible” foods, and an orange with chocolate for me is one of them.
Fruity chocolate, tender, slightly spicy and satisfying to the most refined of tastes.
My tartlets are prepared without flour and gluten, which makes them an excellent light dessert.
No obsessional sweet dates, because instead of them I use apricots.
A delicate taste with a bright citrus note of fresh orange peel and an avocado chocolate cream will please everyone!

Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking.
We will need: (12 pieces)
1 cup (250 ml.) of almonds
1 cup of dried apricots
1/2 fresh orange and peel
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
For filling
2.5-3 avocado (depends on the size of the fruit)
4-5 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
4 tbsp. of honey or agave syrup
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
3-4 tbsp. of orange juice
Crush the orange, nuts, apricots.
Add the coconut oil.
You should get a sticky dough-base.
Roll into balls and put each of them in a mold (I use silicone). Form a cup from it.
Done.
Mix everything for the chocolate cream…
…to get a thick mass.
Spoon the cream into the cups.
Decorate with orange zest and put in the freezer.
Done! So simple and tasty.
