Today we’re cooking an excellent substitute for the usual sweets that contain a large amount of sugar and preservatives.
My sweet balls consist of seeds and berries, do not contain any harmful ingredients, they are a little crunchy but soft at the same time! You can make them large or small, sprinkle with cocoa powder or cover with chocolate. Now let’s talk about the ingredients.
Pumpkin seeds are rich in everything. It’s true, the list is endless. A handful of them contains 163 calories, which gives you 8.5 grams of protein. They also contain vitamins K, A, B, iron, phosphorus, calcium, riboflavin, niacin. Minerals? You bet! Potassium, magnesium, zinc… They are also rich in omega-3 and fiber. Goji berries also have positive effects on the body: they contain polyphenols, which prevent the appearance of cancer and antioxidants, which help to repair damaged cells.
Group studies confirm that the use of berries can improve sleep and general health conditions within just 15 days. These useful sweets are cooked quickly and simply and absolutely everyone will like them! Ready? Set?
Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (12 large pieces)
3/4 cup (1 cup – 250 ml) of pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup of goji berries
10 large, soft dates
1/4 ripe banana
Any melted chocolate or sugar-free cocoa powder (optional)
Gring the seeds and berries.
Add the dates.
Add the banana.
You should get a sticky dough.
Make the balls from it and lay out on baking paper so that it does not stick to the mold.
Freeze in the freezer, take it out and cover with chocolate or roll in cocoa powder. By the way, they can be left in their original form. They will be no less delicious!
So simple and delicious! Bon appetit!
