We will need: (1 large bread) 1.3 / 4 cups water (1 cup – 250 ml.) 1/4 cup of chia seeds 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds 3 tbsp. of sesame seeds 1/2 cup of buckwheat groats 1 cup of gluten-free oats (or the regular one, if gluten presence is not important to you) 1/2 cup of almonds 3 tbsp. of flaxseed meal meal 3-4 tbsp. of coconut or olive oil (can be substituted with any vegetable one) 2-3 tbsp. of agave syrup (can be replaced by 1.5 tablespoons of sugar) Salt to taste Any spices at your discretion Grind the almonds. I use ground almonds – it’s more convenient for me. Preheat the oven to 165C / 325F.
