I often hear about nuts allergies. Alas, a lot of people, including children suffer with it.
Studies on this topic argue that such allergies occur during pregnancy, when the future mother is overeating, for example, peanuts, as well as that it is possible and even necessary to combat the allergy by consuming small doses of the same nuts throughout the whole childhood, then this ailment might not develop into a serious form.
I don’t think that many people would want to subject themselves to such tests, so if you have a nut allergy then it is probably better to avoid nuts. Today, I offer you a recipe for a simple and very fragrant cake without any nuts at all.
The base ingredient is whole wheat flour, and the filling is dates and dried pineapple.
A fairly sweet, delicate, crumbly cake that will please absolutely everyone.
No one will guess that the cake is vegan and there are no eggs in it. Simple ingredients and excellent results!
