Today we are making a delicious almond confection.
The most amazing thing about this recipe is that it consists of only 2 ingredients, which together give an incredibly tasty result, which, as I say, deserves your attention.
Very easy to make, does not require complex ingredients, only almond butter, which we have already learned to make ourselves and any chocolate of your choice. I use vegan chocolate chips, but you can use absolutely any chocolate and melt it. If you are a notorious sweet tooth, I recommend adding 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the butter.
Delicate, moderately sweet and very tasty! Ready? Set?

We will need: (20 pieces)
1 cup (250 ml.) of almonds
4 tbsp. of chocolate chips + 3 tbsp. of almond or any other milk or water
Firstly, you need to make the butter. I will say right away that what is sold in the store will not work for us since this is the final stage of the butter with a liquid and fatty component. Make it yourself and stop at the penultimate stage, without bringing the butter to a liquid state. The almonds should become soft and homogeneous, oily mass without small pieces.
Roll the ‘dough’ into “coins”. Lay them on the baking paper which you covered the baking mold with. Put this into the freezer for 1 hour.
Make the melted chocolate by mixing chocolate chips with milk (or water)…
…to get a thick and homogeneous mixture. Take out a few of the frozen “coins.”
Cover the “coins” with chocolate and put them back in the freezer until the chocolate is completely solidified.
Done! Tasty and very simple!
