I really like simple recipes, where cooking takes no more than 15 minutes, and all the ingredients are simple and accessible.
Today I present you exactly such a recipe for cookies.
Almost shortbread, rather sweet and very delicate in taste. These cookies are perfect for breakfast or evening tea.

We will need: (16-18 cookies)
1/3 cup of whole wheat flour
1/3 cup of almonds
1/3 cup of oats
1/3 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (I use baking powder)
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
4 tbsp. of agave syrup (can honey)
Preheat the oven to 165C / 325F
Grind the oats, nuts and coconut flakes in the blender.
Add flour and baking soda.
Add the syrup and coconut oil.
The dough should be dense.
Make the cookies.
Line the baking tray with baking paper and lay out the cookies. Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
