Today we are cooking sweets for those who like chocolate bars like Bounty.
There are no additional and questionable additives in my recipe, as for example in similar sweets by mass producers, and they consist only of a few ingredients.
Very easy to cook and are stored in the freezer perfectly for as long as necessary.
For experimenters, I advise to adding a bit of mint extract to the coconut, then you will get unusual coconut-mint sweets.
Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (12 pieces)
1 1/4 cup (1 cup – 250 ml) of coconut flakes
4-5 tbsp. of honey or agave syrup
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
3 tbsp. of coconut oil
5 tbsp. of chocolate chips or plain chocolate + 4-5 tbsp. of almond, regular milk or water
Grind the coconut flakes in the blender.
Add honey, oil, and juice. Blend everything.
You should get the coconut mass. Form the sweets with wet hands and lay them on baking paper so that the candies do not stick to the plate or mold. Put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate or chocolate chips.
Dip our cold sweets into melted chocolate or chips and again put them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Done!
