Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need:
2 cups (250g cup) of peanuts (not raw)
1-2 teaspoons of honey (add at the very end, when the butter is ready)
Begin to grind the nuts. Help yourself with a spoon. Stop the blender, mix it with the spoon a couple of times and turn the machine back on. I tried different peanuts from different manufacturers and the result was always different.Sometimes the nuts were more wet and fresh, so the butter was prepared very quickly. Other times it was drier and took some time. Check on the progress and do not hurry. There is another important aspect! If you want your butter crunchy, then do not over blend. Also, you can add 2 tbsp. of cocoa powder and make chocolate butter or a little bit salt for a more piquant taste.
My children, for example, love this butter with honey and banana. Just add 1 teaspoon of honey into the butter when it’s ready and serve it on a toast with banana. Just like this! Simple and very tasty! Bon appetit!
