Today we’re cooking an amazing pie for the lovers of unusual combinations.
Even those who do not like anything except chocolate and those who are on the side of the “fruit and berry team” will like this orange-cherry cheesecake with a chocolate base.
Delicate with the light sour tang of oranges and cherries!
For the chocolate base, I use healthy almonds, coconut flakes and dates.
Absolutely no flour or even oats with gluten.
The cherries can be frozen, as I understand that not always and everywhere can be the cherry season. Orange juice is better fresh, then your dessert will be brighter and more fragrant.

We will need: (1 large pie)
1 cup (250 ml.) of almonds
1 cup of coconut flakes
8-10 dates
1 banana
1-1.5 tbsp. of coconut oil
2 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
For the cream
1 cup of cashews
150 ml. orange juice
2-3 tbsp. of agave syrup or honey
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
1 small crust of an orange, if your blender allows you to chop it completely (optional)
For cherry cream
1/2 cup of cherries
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
4-5 dates
Grind the coconut flakes and almonds in a blender.
Add the dates and oil.
Add the banana.
Add the cocoa powder.
You should get a thick dough for the base.
Distribute it in our mold.
Soak the cashews for a minimum of 3-4 hours, a maximum for a day, after which drain the water and put them into the blender.
Grind the cashews and all the other ingredients to make an orange cream.
You should get a delicate orange composition.
Cover the base with it.
Defrost the cherries, if yours require it, and grind in the blender together with the rest of the ingredients for the cherry cream.
You should get a cherry cream-jam.
Cover the orange layer with it and put in the freezer until it sets. Decorate with nuts, berries or fruits.
