Why not put these two together?
Ready?
We will need: 1/2 cup (1 cup -250 ml) of gluten free oats 1 tea spoon of matcha 1 table spoon of chia seed (optional) 1/2 tablespoons spoon of golden flaxseed (optional) 1 cup of soy milk Honey
Mix everything together in a bowl. Mix and match to your needs.
Top with some berries, extra matcha, hemp seed and honey, ready to go!
