I suggest buying wholegrain buns, but you can serve this burger with regular bread, or even without bread and with a salad.

We will need: (4 servings)
1/2 can (210 g.) black beans + 1 spoon extra
1/4 medium white onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup (125 ml) oats
3 Tbsp. frozen corn (It is necessary to defrost beforehand.)
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. paprika
Pepper, chili, and salt (to taste)
Vegetable oil for frying
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.
Cut the onion and garlic and fry in a pan.
The onion must become transparent.
Rinse 1/2 can of beans.
Add to the onion.
Add spices and salt.
Grind the oats in a blender.
Add beans and corn and blend it.
Do not blend too long. It will be tastier if the patty retains some texture. Add in the last spoon of beans and the mix is ready.
Form the patty. It is easier to do this with slightly damp hands. Line the baking sheet with baking paper greased with vegetable oil, place the burgers, and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
In the middle of the cooking time, turn the patties over, so the color will be even and the patty will be cooked from all sides. Done!

А у меня несколько странный вопрос) Какую функцию в этом рецепте выполняет кукуруза, кроме вкуса, конечно?))) Если связующую, то можно ли заменить измельченным семенем льна, например? И сколько лучше взять - 2-3 ложки?
