Today we’re cooking your new favorite dessert, my friends. And I am not kidding!
Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, calcium and Omega-3 acids.
They are truly magical seeds! And this is a wonderful low-sugar dessert for gourmands and lovers of unusual taste experiments.
By the time the pudding was supposed to be ready… only half of it had survived, and by the time of the final photo – almost nothing was left, haha.
It is best to cook this a pudding in the evening, to allow it enough time to brew. Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (1-2 servings)
2-2.5 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
8-9 tbsp. of chia seeds
2 tbsp. of agave syrup, honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp. of brown sugar (optional)
1 cup of almond or oat milk
Mix the cocoa powder and chia seeds.
Add milk, syrup and sugar, if you want to make it into a pudding. Stir and let it sit.
Stir again after 5 minutes. Cover with a food film and put it in the refrigerator. Done! Leave it for the night.
You probably have some superhero powers if your pudding manages to survive until the morning.
Poor pudding, haha. Bon appetit!
