This is a miracle dessert! I eat such ice cream absolutely every day, after all, it is not just tasty, but also incredibly healthy.
This wonderful dessert appears in front of me every evening.
Sleeping pills? Old-world! Since bananas contain starch, this ice cream will help you to fall asleep wonderfully.
The milk can be any kind: oats, almond, coconut, I even tried to use coconut water and also it turned out very tasty as well! The sweetness of ice cream and its density can be easily adjusted.
Just add a bit of agave syrup if your banana is not sweet enough and slightly more or less milk if the blender can’t cope with the thick frozen texture. Incredibly simple and delicious!

We will need: (3 servings)
2 tbsp. of peanut butter
3-4 tbsp. of cocoa powder
5 tbsp. of almond milk
1.5 tbsp. of honey (optional)
Pre-cut the banana and freeze it for several hours.
Take it out and put it in the blender together with cocoa powder, butter, honey and blend.
Pour in the milk. Everyone chooses the density of their ice cream, based on personal tastes. I, for example, like it “thawed” and add a little more milk, those who like a thicker option – add a little less.
