Rocket (arugula) Salad With Two Sorts Of Cabbage (Vegan)

Today I want to show you my new favorite salad, which I can eat every day and many times a day.
I even dared to give it my name: “The salad by Lida.” Why not? Some people give their names to their children, and I’m a little more modest – I name salads. In this salad, everything is wonderful!
It consists of only a few ingredients and contains a unique and very tasty dressing, which, I have no doubt, the majority will love. For a salad base, I use rocket (arugula), stewed cabbage for a soft texture, and for “crunch” – raw cauliflower.
If at first glance it seems that all these ingredients are not a good combo, then I will reassure you, they are a perfect match!
The dressing deserves special attention: oil, honey, vinegar … The perfect combination! This salad can serve as a full-fledged second course, as well as a salad or garnish. The choice is yours.
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!

We will need: (2 servings)

Fresh rocket for 2 servings

1/4 small white cabbage

1 carrot

1 cup cauliflower

Vegetable oil for frying

Black pepper and salt to taste

For the dressing

3 tbsp. of olive oil

2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar

1-1.5 tbsp. of liquid aminos (can be replaced with 1 tablespoon of low-salted soy sauce)

1/2 teaspoon of liquid honey

Dry garlic to taste

Salt and ground garlic (to taste)

Chop the cabbage. Grate three carrots.
Pour oil in a frying pan and fry our base.
Add salt and pepper, if you want. Cover with a lid and let it cool, I personally love my salad warm. This way you have the feeling that the salad is the main dish, not just a simple salad.
Cut the cauliflower. Do not grind, the pieces should be of medium size. I assure you, it will be much more delicious this way!
Mix everything for the sauce.
Dry garlic gives it a special spice.Put the rocket in a cup, add the raw cauliflower and the fried one. Cover everything with the sauce.
