Who doesn’t like Nutella? A chocolate delicacy to start every morning.
Children, adults – everyone loves Nutella! Alas, the store version contains many chemical additives of unknown origin, which have nothing to do with health.
My “Nutella” is a delicious nut paste, easy to prepare, and incredibly healthy. Hazelnut contains a lot of protein, carbohydrates, and flavonoids, which improve blood circulation and reduce allergic reactions. These nuts are rich in vitamins E, B, folic acid, and the fats healthy for your heart. It also contains potassium, magnesium, and calcium – minerals responsible for good blood pressure and our overall well-being.
This requires a minimum of ingredients and is a delicious chocolate dessert adored by everyone!
Thick, with a bright chocolate and nutty taste, my “Nutella” is also easily stored in the refrigerator.
Ready? set? Let’s go cooking.
We will need:
1/2 cup (250 g) hazelnuts
4 Tbsp. agave or honey
4 Tbsp. sugar-free cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond or any other milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Soak the nuts for a night, then drain the water. They should become softer.
Grind the hazelnuts and other ingredients in the blender to a creamy consistency. It will take some time. Keep in mind that it is better to add the milk gradually because it will be difficult to correct the consistency if the composition is too liquid.
Cool in the fridge and serve. Thick and delicious “Nutella” ready to spread! Bon appétit!
