This surprisingly simple and delicious recipe came to my mind after I bought vegan chocolate with rice bubbles.
It was so crunchy, sweet and tasty, so I thought: why don’t I make something like that, only more healthy?
To make rice bubbles in the house, is a task of fantasy, so what is it to be replaced by?
Raw buckwheat! Why not? This is the way this chocolate emerged.
Buckwheat crunches well, creating sensations of rice or even biscuits pieces, and the chocolate itself is sweet enough to satisfy any chocolate adorer.
It’s incredibly easy to make, and most importantly, the chocolate freezes in a matter of minutes. Just put it in the freezer for a few minutes, and here you have an excellent and quick dessert.
Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (1 chocolate bar)
50 ml. cocoa powder butter
2.5 tbsp. of agave syrup (can be replaced with powdered sugar)
2.5-3 tbsp. of sugar-free cocoa powder
3 tbsp. of buckwheat groats
Melt the cocoa powder butter and add the syrup and cocoa powder.
Mix everything. Basically, you have everything for the chocolate now.
Fill the mold with the chocolate, add the buckwheat and put it in the freezer until it freezes.
You won’t believe it, but that’s it!
Fast, healthy and very tasty!
