This is very delicious! As it turned out, the taste and aroma of pineapple in the frozen form becomes much stronger and it appears more like a candy from a store.

We will need:
12 pieces of pineapple without peel
3 tbsp. of vegan chocolate chips, or plain chocolate
2 tbsp. of water
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
The pineapple slices should be of medium thickness, sufficient enough to insert a skewer or toothpick there.
Distribute the slices on the tray.
Put the tray in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. The pineapple should release a little juice and become cold. Why? So it will be easier to apply the chocolate, and it will solidify faster.
Mix the chocolate chips, water and oil. You can just melt regular chocolate and mix it with water.
Take out the pineapple and dip each slice into the chocolate.
If the chocolate is thick, then one dip is enough, if it is liquid, you can dip the slices several times, after putting them in the refrigerator for another few minutes, so that the first layer is set. Put it in the refrigerator until it freezes. Done!
