Bean Blondies (Vegan)

imageWhat are these? Let me explain to those who do not know. There is brown, and there is white; there are brownies, and there are blondies, a traditional American dessert.
imageSimply put, one dessert is brown, since it contains cocoa powder, and the second is white because there is no cocoa powder.
imageMy blondies are a very healthy version of the traditional ones: they are made from beans, bananas and contain a little bit of agave syrup, which can be omitted.

My children were very pleased with them and when the children are happy, mom knows that she did a good job. Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!

We will need: (9 pieces)

1 can of white beans

1 small banana

2-3 tbsp. of agave or honey

1 tbsp. of liquid vanilla

7 tbsp. of corn flour

1 tsp. of peanut butter

Chocolate chips for decoration (you can use regular chocolate and crumble it from above)

Coconut (or vegetable) oil for the mold

Cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the oven to 300F / 150C.

Rinse the beans and put them in the blender together with a banana and syrup, and pulse them to the consistency of cream.

Add the corn flour.

Add the peanut butter to get a thick white dough.

Line the glass baking mold with baking paper and lubricate it with coconut oil.

Put the dough there and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Put it in the oven for 35 minutes.

The blondies should dry up, but stay soft inside.
