What are these? Let me explain to those who do not know. There is brown, and there is white; there are brownies, and there are blondies, a traditional American dessert.
Simply put, one dessert is brown, since it contains cocoa powder, and the second is white because there is no cocoa powder.
My blondies are a very healthy version of the traditional ones: they are made from beans, bananas and contain a little bit of agave syrup, which can be omitted.
My children were very pleased with them and when the children are happy, mom knows that she did a good job. Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (9 pieces)
1 can of white beans
1 small banana
2-3 tbsp. of agave or honey
1 tbsp. of liquid vanilla
7 tbsp. of corn flour
1 tsp. of peanut butter
Chocolate chips for decoration (you can use regular chocolate and crumble it from above)
Coconut (or vegetable) oil for the mold
Preheat the oven to 300F / 150C.
Rinse the beans and put them in the blender together with a banana and syrup, and pulse them to the consistency of cream.
Add the corn flour.
Add the peanut butter to get a thick white dough.
Line the glass baking mold with baking paper and lubricate it with coconut oil.
Put the dough there and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
