September has began, and the rhythm of life has accelerated.
Someone is working, someone is studying, and now we have very little time for culinary creativity, but there is always a way out – simple recipes!
Who doesn’t like peanuts?
Definitely not us haha. My children are ready to eat tons them! Today we are cooking a delicious cookie with peanut butter – my old, but very favorite recipe. This cookie is the most frequent guest in our house.
Why?
Just a few ingredients, 15 minutes, and you have a delicious biscuit that perfectly satisfies hunger and will be a wonderful nutritional charge for your entire family.
Chocolate can be replaced with raisins or you can simply go without any filler.
Believe me, it will be delicious anyway. It’s simple, tasty and healthy!
Ready? set? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (8-10 pieces)
1 large and very ripe banana
Slightly less than 2 cups (1 cup – 250 ml) of oats
2 tbsp. of peanut butter
3 tbsp. of vegan or regular chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 165C / 325F.
Mash the banana using a fork. Add the oil.
Add the oats.
Add the chocolate chips or raisins.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the biscuits. Wet your hands with water: so it will be easier to align portions.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until ruddy. Done!
By the way, such cookies are tastier when they are cold.
Bon appetit!
“I’ll take two!”
