Today I am going to show you an amazing and super simple recipe with only 6(!) ingredients.
It’s very hard to believe that just a few ingredients can make up this stunning desert.
It is delicious and healthy at the same time.
No flour, no sugar, no thickeners etc.
It’s loaded with protein and super filling.
It’s “love from the first sight”! I promise you! Ready? Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (2 small pies)
For the crust
2/3 cup of gluten-free oats
1/4 cup of dry and roasted peanuts
8 soft dates
For the filling
450 g. medium firm tofu
5 table spoons of peanut butter
1/2 cup of plant-based milk (I use soy)
Grind oats and nuts.
Mix with dates to get sticky “dough” for your crust.
Oil your pan a bit, then put “dough” in it. Use your knuckles to press on it.
Blend everything for the cream filling.
Pour over the crust, add chocolate or berries to your taste.
Bake (165C/365F) for 15 min.
Cool down and serve.
