Today we are cooking a new and delicious garnish. I love rice, but can’t eat it in its pure form.
I want something unusual, so our today’s recipe is not a simple rice recipe, but the one with spicy mint, nuts and delicate hemp seeds.
This rice will be an excellent addition to any fish dish or vegetables.
This very fragrant lemon rice will not leave you disappointed. In my recipe, I use easy-to-cook Basmati rice, but you can use any other.
It will be delicious!

We will need: (1 portion)
1 cup (250 ml) of boiled rice
2 tbsp. of almonds
1 tbsp. of hemp seeds
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Boil the rice. Roast the almonds (if you want). All you need is to line a baking sheet with baking paper and roast the nuts at 165C / 325F until they release a fragrant aroma.
Grind the nuts.
Fry the onions, remove from the heat and add hemp seeds and almonds. Mix with rice.
Add salt, pepper, add the lemon juice.
