Today we’re making a delicious smoothie!
In addition to its healthy properties, it is also incredibly beautiful.
Sweet enough, thick, and can be served both cool and warm. Few people will notice that it consists mainly of pumpkins, but everyone will notice how delicious, “creamy” and gentle it is.
I’m sure you’ll like it.
Let’s go cooking!
We will need: (3 servings)
1 cup (250ml) of pumpkin (I use buternut sqash)
2 tablespoons of oats
1.5 cups of almond milk
1 tablespoon of molasses or maple syrup
2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Cinnamon and dry ginger to taste
Soak the chia seeds in 1/2 cup of milk for 30 minutes.
Cook the pumpkin and drain the water.
Put all the remaining ingredients in a blender along with pumpkin and seeds and blend them into a sweet drink.
Cool and serve!
P.S. for those who are not used to such milkshakes and prefer ice cream, I advise you to pour the composition into molds, freeze and serve as ice cream.
