Green Bean Salad (Vegan)

This is my new favorite salad! Easy to cook, juicy, delicious, fragrant and very healthy.

This salad is appropriate as a main dish or as a side dish for any meal.

An unusual combination of simple ingredients that will please everybody.

Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!

We will need: (1 portion)

A handful of fresh green beans (I use haricot verts)

5-6 small cherry tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp. of red onions

2 tbsp. of pine nuts

Olive oil and salt to taste

Crop the tips of the beans and boil them for 5 minutes.

Finely cut the garlic and slice the tomatoes into 2-3 parts, then mix everything in a bowl.

Fry the nuts (without oil) for 2 minutes over medium heat. They should brown. Add them to the tomatoes.

Drain the water from the beans and cool them.

Cut the pods into two parts and add them to the salad. Add salt, oil, and serve.

Fragrant and very tasty!
