This soup is my new discovery!
Delicate and very creamy.
If you do not like avocados, then do not worry. Its “green” taste is barely noticed, but it creates a strong illusion that cream has been added to the soup.
It is easy to cook, consists of just a few ingredients, you can eat it hot or cold.
A universal recipe! Serve this soup with popcorn or seed crackers – a perfect snack!

We will need: (1 portion)
1.1 / 4 cups (1 cup – 250 ml) of vegetable broth
1 cup of frozen corn
1/2 medium avocado
1/4 red onion
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
A branch of fresh cilantro (optional)
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Cut the onion.
Fry the corn and onion in vegetable oil.
Mix with avocado and a warm or cold broth in a blender. Add cilantro if you want.
Add the lemon juice.
Tasty, healthy, nutritious.
