Citrus Jam/Pudding With Chia Seeds (Vegan, Sugar-free, Raw)

Why? Why had no one come up with such a simple and delicious recipe?!
This jam consists of only two ingredients and has an incredible taste!
It slightly resembles a fresh passion fruit. Most of you have tried this exotic fruit, but now you don’t need to travel far to find it.
The recipe for the jam is in front of you and waiting for your attention.
Ready? Set?
Let’s go cooking!

We will need:

1 1/4 cups (1 cup – 250 ml.) of orange juice (I use mandarin juice for a brighter color)

1/4-1/3 cup of chia seeds

1 Tbsp. of agave syrup (optional)

Pour the juice into a container, add the chia seeds, and put in the refrigerator for the night. In the morning add syrup, if you want.
Done! You can eat as a separate dessert or as a jam, spreading it over pancakes or toast.
